Ownership & operation
- • The application 'I'm Proud' — including its name, brand, source code, user interface designs, visual assets, databases, services, features, and all digital content — is legally owned and operated exclusively by otban alkhalaf.
- • All intellectual property rights, system rights, and commercial interests in the app are reserved by otban alkhalaf. No person or entity may use, copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works from the app or any part of it without prior written permission from otban alkhalaf.
- • By accessing or using 'I'm Proud', you acknowledge that the platform and its contents are the proprietary property of otban alkhalaf and that you obtain only a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the app in accordance with these terms.
User terms of service
- • Use 'I'm Proud' lawfully and respectfully. Impersonation, scams, spam, harassment, attempts to bypass guardian controls, or any activity that harms the community or platform is prohibited and may result in immediate suspension or termination.
- • Users under 17 may only use the app with verified parental or guardian approval. Guardians are responsible for supervising minor accounts and may review posts, messages, and live streams through the built-in safety tools.
- • Shopping, food, beverage, and other orders are fulfilled by third-party merchants listed in the marketplace. Each merchant's own terms, pricing, and refund policies apply in addition to these terms.
- • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service at any time. Material changes to these terms will be announced within the app before taking effect.
- • The service is provided without warranty of uninterrupted availability. We are not liable for any loss caused by features described as previews, demos, or experimental releases.
Privacy standards
- • We collect only the minimum data needed to operate the app: your display name, account type (minor or adult), the content you choose to post, and preferences such as language, theme, and safety settings.
- • Personal data, reminders, notes, emergency contacts, and achievement history are stored on your device unless you explicitly enable cloud syncing. You can export or delete your data at any time from Settings.
- • We never sell personal data. We do not show behavioural advertising to accounts registered as minors. Any data processing is carried out in accordance with applicable data protection laws and this privacy statement.
- • Live streaming, direct messaging, and location features require explicit permissions. Guardians can revoke these permissions for minor accounts at any time.
- • Deleting your account removes your posts, messages, achievement history, and synced data from our servers, subject to reasonable technical and legal retention requirements.
Child safety & guardian controls
- • Accounts for users under 17 require verified parental approval before activation. Guardians can review posts, direct messages, and live streams, approve or block broadcasts, and set daily time limits.
- • Live streaming by a minor cannot start without explicit guardian approval, and a guardian can end any broadcast instantly.
- • Bullying, sexual content, self-harm promotion, hate speech, and contact from unverified adults are prohibited. Enforcement combines automated review with human safety oversight.
- • The Help / SOS panel stores emergency numbers on the device so they work quickly. It is a convenience tool and does not replace calling your local emergency service.
Content & intellectual property
- • You keep full ownership of the photos, videos, audio, and text you create and publish on 'I'm Proud'. By posting, you grant otban alkhalaf a limited, revocable licence to host, display, and deliver your content inside the app so other users can see it. This licence ends when you delete the content.
- • Do not upload content you do not own the rights to, including music, film clips, brand logos, or another person's photos. You are solely responsible for the content you share.
- • Brands and companies listing products in the marketplace warrant that they own or license all product imagery, trademarks, and descriptions they upload.
- • Rights holders can request a takedown through the in-app report tool. We respond to valid notices promptly and may remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.
Copyright protection

- • All intellectual property and system rights in the 'I'm Proud' application — including but not limited to its source code, design, branding, features, databases, algorithms, content curation, and user experience — are the exclusive property of otban alkhalaf.
- • Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, reverse engineering, decompilation, or commercial use of the app or any of its components is strictly prohibited. Any breach may result in legal action under applicable copyright, trademark, and unfair-competition laws.
